Milestones of Our History

2001 – Medical Group Robinson (MGR) was established by Dr. Irina Vinarski, MD and since then it has proudly served the Pittsburgh Metropolitan area and adjacent counties in Ohio and West Virginia. Medical Group Robinson is devoted exclusively to internal medicine, medical weight loss, anti-aging, medical aesthetics, and wellness services.

2010 – FeelNu Medical Spa and Wellness Center (learn more at FeelNu.com) was established as part of Medical Group Robinson. Since then, it has become the premier provider of medical facility based intravenous (IV) treatments and wellness infusions in the Pittsburgh Metropolitan and Tri-State area- among other anti-aging and medical aesthetics services.

2021 – FeelNu IV mobile services were established to deliver IV treatments in the comfort and privacy of our patients’ homes, offices, or hotels.

FeelNu IV – Excellence and Gold Standard of Concierge IV Service

FeelNu IV provides IV treatments for flu like symptoms, jet-lag, food poisoning, hangovers, low energy, muscle and joint pains, and other ailments. It also provides IV treatments for wellness, performance, and appearance enhancements.

We adhere to the following high standards which sets us apart as the leading provider of IV therapies:

  • All services are provided by licensed physicians, IV licensed medical professionals, or registered nurses.
  • Physicians are available for consultation via telemedicine calls during or after treatments for on-site and follow-up inquiries.
  • Our patients can choose the comfort and privacy of their home, office, or hotel for services. They also have the option to come to our state-of-the-art facility in person.
  • Our aseptic and IV care techniques and protocols adhere to the best hospital standards.
  • All information disclosed to FeelNu IV associates are protected and confidential; conforming to all HIPPA regulations and policies.
  • The non-synthetic, non-GMO, vegan, gluten-free vitamin supplements used in all IV solutions are made in the USA.
  • The medications we use in our IVs are purchased from FDA-registered and licensed sources.
  • We use balanced salt solutions like lactated ringers solution as well as other optimal salt solutions to provide patients with essential fluids and electrolytes.

Dr. Irina Vinarski, MD (or Dr. V) is currently serving as the medical director and lead physician for Medical Group Robinson (MGR), FeelNu Medical Spa and Wellness Center, and FeelNu IV.

She is a renowned bariatric medicine (weight loss), anti-aging, and internal medicine specialist with more than 20 years of experience dedicated to her passion. Her continuous research, training, and practical experience in the field of medical weight loss, anti-aging, aesthetics, and wellness helps ensure patients receive treatment from the best in the industry.
